About the Committee
The Staff Welfare Committee is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of both teaching and non-teaching staff at the college. Our mission is to address and resolve issues and challenges faced by our staff, ensuring a balanced and equitable work environment. Employee welfare encompasses not only physical and monetary benefits but also the mental, moral, and emotional support necessary for a healthy work-life balance. The committee is committed to providing various forms of support to foster a positive and productive atmosphere for all staff members.
Vision
By fostering a collaborative environment, we ensure that the needs and concerns of both teaching and non-teaching staff are addressed, promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Mission
To act as a liaison between staff and management, serving as a bridge for communication on issues related to policies, benefits, and goals and actively listen and address staff needs.
Functions of the Committee
- Creating a conducive work environment that fosters a sense of belonging and responsibility among employees.
- Providing positive reinforcement and enhancement to employees’ morale, self-esteem, self-improvement and upward mobility.
- Coordinating for benevolent facilities for the members of staff.
- Planning for general welfare activities for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Settling staff disputes that harms the harmony of campus life.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Staff members can put forth their valuable suggestions to the committee and it will be forwarded to the management.
- Conducting regular meetings to find out the expectations of the staff to promote their welfare.
- Arranging yearly health check up and medical facilities for all the teaching and non teaching staff
- Helping Staff members in times of illness and difficulties.
- Organizing Staff motivational and recreational activities such as Felicitations, Picnics and so on.

The Students Welfare Committee is integral to every aspect of student life and campus administration. It supports the administration by offering valuable insights into student experiences and needs. The Committee also plays a key role in addressing student queries and concerns, particularly regarding procedures and new policies introduced by the administration, ensuring that students are well-informed and supported throughout their time on campus.

To support and empower students in achieving their full potential, both academically and personally. To promote a positive and inclusive campus culture that enhances the overall student experience and well-being.
Functions of the Committee
- Creating an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and involving in various activities.
- Engaging students in campus life through their participation in organizing events within the campus and the community.
- Ensuring a disciplined and positive environment in which students create opportunities for self-growth and develop their leadership and managerial skills.
- Creating overall dynamic learning experiences on the campus that would add value to the personal and professional lives of students in future.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Avoiding the hindrances that may come in the path of a student’s learning process and helping them to proceed in their career with minimal obstruction.
- Representing the need of students to the college administration.
- Serves as the voice for entire student body and actively work to promote a better learning environment.
- Acting as a bridge between Students community and management by promoting good communication with management.
- Organizing co-curricular activities for personality development
- Developing the student- Staff relationship
- Flourishing relationship with parents and organizing meetings for them
- Conducting periodic meetings to talk over student welfare
- Organizing activities and facilitating student interests
- Contributing to the college policies such as Anti-ragging, disciplinary actions, NSS, organizing extra-curricular , sports and cultural activities.
