Functions of the Committee
Staff:
  • Creating Awareness to faculty about the funding schemes for attending conferences and workshops .
  • Creating Awareness on Group insurance, Medical insurance and other service camps to teaching and non teaching staff.
  • Mentoring junior members of teaching and non teaching staff.
Student:
  • Publicizing and making awareness to students about various government and non-governmental scholarships available.
  • Guiding the students to apply for various scholarships.
  • Developing unity and integrity among students.
Staff
  • Presenting valuable suggestions that can be forwarded to the management.
  • Conducting regular meetings to find out the expectations of the staff .
  • Arranging yearly health check up and medical facilities for all the teaching and non teaching staff.
Students
  • Representing the needs of students to the College administration
  • Acting as a bridge between Student and management by promoting good communication with management.
  • Developing and promoting the Staff- Students relationship.
About the Committee

The staff and students welfare committee looks after the welfare and benefit of teaching, non teaching staff and students of the College. The committee aims to have social interaction and to cater the recreational needs of the staff and students. The Committee aids the administration by providing the insights of the staff and students.
