Alumni Coordination Cell

COORDINATOR:

Leadership & Planning: Lead the Alumni Coordination Cell and develop strategic plans for alumni engagement.

Supervision: Oversee the activities of the team, ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals.

Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between alumni, the institution’s administration, and other departments.

Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports, event summaries, and future plans to the institution’s leadership.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with key alumni, donors, and external partners.

FACULTY MEMBER:

Alumni Mentorship Programs:

• Faculty-Alumni Mentorship: Coordinate and support mentorship programs where faculty members and alumni work together to mentor current students, providing career guidance, academic support, or industry insights.
• Professional Development: Facilitate alumni involvement in professional development programs for students, such as workshops on career readiness, soft skills, or specialized industry knowledge.

STUDENT MEMBERS:

Alumni Engagement:

• Building Relationships: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with alumni, especially those who had close academic or research ties with the faculty during their time at the institution.
• Professional Networking: Actively network with alumni to foster academic collaborations, research partnerships, and industry linkages that benefit both the institution and its alumni.
• Academic Collaboration: Facilitate opportunities for alumni to contribute to the academic community through guest lectures, workshops, seminars, or collaborative research projects.

Event Organization and Participation:

• Event Support: Help in planning, organizing, and attending alumni events such as reunions, guest lectures, and academic conferences.
• Facilitation of Talks and Workshops: Coordinate with alumni to organize academic events like webinars, workshops, or conferences where they can share their expertise with current students and faculty.
• Content Contribution:Actively contribute to event planning by identifying potential keynote speakers, panelists, or awardees from the alumni network.
